Yes, I’m Still a Coach — and Here’s Who I’ve Helped
May 09, 2025
With all the business coaching, mentoring, and projects I’ve been involved with lately, it’s easy for people to forget something important…
I’m still a coach.
And I’ve never stopped coaching behind the scenes.
Over the last 2–3 years, one of the biggest things I’ve been doing — mostly quietly — is writing protocols and programs for other coaches’ clients.
I’ve been building plans, analysing bloodwork, designing programs, and creating targeted solutions for a wide range of complex cases.
Here’s just some of the issues I’ve helped other coaches navigate for their clients:
-
Type 2 diabetes
-
Depression and anxiety
-
Male and female fertility struggles
-
Hair loss solutions
-
PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)
-
Endometriosis
-
A wide range of gut health dysfunctions
-
Back pain and chronic musculoskeletal issues
-
Knee pain and post-surgery recovery
-
Tendon injuries and repair strategies
-
Sleep disorders and circadian disruption
-
Steroid cycles — done as safely as possible
-
Gynecomastia protocols
-
ADHD and learning support
-
High-level endurance performance optimisation
-
TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) and HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)
-
And honestly… a whole lot more.
Why I’m Changing How I Help
Moving forward, I won’t just be handing out protocols unless someone is committed to actually understanding what’s going on — through deeper mentoring or full coaching work.
Otherwise, it’s a disservice.
To the client.
To the coach.
And to the bigger goal of creating sustainable, meaningful results.
If you want real change, you need more than a cookie-cutter plan — you need education, critical thinking, and a system that adapts to you.
