  • More Data-Driven Coaching: Use metrics like:

    • Scale weight

    • Sleep hours

    • Daily steps

    • Training volume

These clients benefit from a more analytical approach, with regular adjustments based on real data.

 

🔥 Level 3: The Advanced

These are your most committed clients—training and results are a top 3 life priority.

Your focus here should be:

  • Full Individualization: Programs built around their specific goals and preferences.

  • Advanced Nutrition Tactics: Carb cycling, calorie periodization, intermittent fasting, etc.

  • Optional: Blood Work & Lab Data for ultimate personalization.

  • Tailored Check-Ins: Niche-specific metrics based on their sport or focus (e.g. powerlifting, bodybuilding).
