ABOUT PAUL
My story began as soon as I started playing sports as a kid.
As a child, I loved playing sports. It really didn't matter what the sport was, if you could play it, I was in. I was a competitive kid as well, so I was always looking for ways to get better. This led to me getting an exercise built for me at age 8, so I could train my legs to help me get through more games. I loved the basketball of the 90's and watching all these massive players with incredible arms and shoulders led to me dribbling the ball for hours hoping my arms would like like theirs. The intent was good, yet the execution wasn't the best.
After high school ended, I had no idea what I wanted to do. I liked training and lifting weights, so I got a cert 3 and 4 in fitness (I figured it was at least going to be useful) but I didn't know where it would lead.
I HAD NO IDEA AT THE TIME, BUT...
One of the most important moments of my life was booking a personal training session. I had some shoulder issues, so I booked an appointment with a Personal Trainer at the gym I was doing some sales work at.
This moment changed my life forever. I had never been so fascinated by something.
I thought I knew a bit about training in my naive youth and with my qualifications. During our assessment session, I was blown away by how complex the human body was and how little I actually new about it and how to work with it.
This belong a lifelong journey that I am still on to this day. This journey has allowed me to see the world speak to 1000's of trainers and coaches, train and consult to even more client, ranging from general population all the way to Olympic athletes and everything in between. I look forward to sharing and working with many more of you all in the future.
Then my life changed.
The pursuit of a family was something that led to me enduring a great deal of hardship and also losing that control over my body.
This experience and everything I learned along that way reminded me how important having control of my body is. It was incredibly tough to go through yet it taught me and important lesson
I wanted to ensure that other women who went through similar circumstances wouldn't have to go alone. This drove me to pursue coaching wholeheartedly to help make a difference in the lives of other women.
 About Trent
I hated being that skinny kid that had low self esteem
I remember being 19 years old and weighing a massive 53kg, I was the quiet shy type that clothes didn’t fit properly on me.

It was the first year of university and I picked up a magazine called muscle and fitness with Arnold on it. He seemed confident and looked great. This was what kicked it off for me. I walked into the gym and picked up a dumbbell which changed my career and life.
I started out while working in I.T at a bank training colleagues for fun after I obtained my certifications. After 10 years in the corporate world I quit and found my true purpose, training people to live stronger, healthier lives.
I opened my first strength gym and it quickly grew to three over several years. Coaching everyone from absolute beginners to world champions.
Today I am an online holistic coach who helps men build a fulfilling life from health, wealth and relationships, While also helping trainers and coaches also build their dream businesses.

 About Leah
Hi there my names Leah Wheeler
I quit a comfortable career in banking to pursue my purpose in coaching, whilst going through my own transformation as a woman who needed more confidence. Like many other females we tend to let ourselves go and put others first above oneself.
Prior to becoming a coach with MPC I was working in a commerical gym, across two locations and had a trainer work under my guidance, while successfully maintaining multiple 6 figure incomes. I also worked with another mentoring program, assisting coaches with their marketing and branding skillset, however I knew there was a better way to help coaches in this space. I value integrity and authentic approaches to coaching and my life. MPC was aligned to who I am, as a person and coach.
I now help coaches in MPC become the go-to coaches they so deservingly become while being mentored, and show them how to develop a strongbrand image in their own rights.
In my spare time (hahah when I get some out side of being a mum) I enjoy art! I am into the creative space of painting because it allows my creativity to flourish. I also enjoy a cheeky margarita and tapas when I am not going through a cut in my diet, and I am partial to stand up paddle boarding and coastal walks to keep me active in summer.

ABOUT JENNY
Prior to venturing into the world of virtual assistance, my career took a different trajectory. For 6 rewarding years, I served as a Team Leader at Burger King in bustling Singapore. This experience instilled in me the values of leadership, teamwork, and efficiency, which have continued to serve me well in my subsequent career.
My decision to transition into the world of virtual assistance was motivated by a deep desire for a more flexible work schedule. This change has allowed me to strike a better balance between my professional and personal life, providing me with the precious gift of quality time to spend with my family. It's a decision I've never regretted, as it has not only improved my work-life harmony but also given me the opportunity to continuously learn and grow in a rapidly evolving industry.
Beyond the confines of my professional life, I find immense joy in my personal pursuits. Cooking is a passion I've cultivated over the years, and I relish experimenting with new recipes and flavors in my kitchen. Additionally, I cherish moments spent with my family, whether it's a cozy movie night in or an adventurous outing exploring the world together.
In summary, my journey from a Team Leader at Burger King to a dedicated Virtual Assistant has been marked by growth, adaptability, and a steadfast commitment to achieving a better work-life balance. I look forward to continuing this journey, embracing new challenges, and cherishing the moments with my loved ones along the way.
ABOUT Albert
My career has been a journey of transformation and evolution, marked by three distinct transitions. I began my professional life in the fast-paced world of television production, working behind the scenes to bring captivating stories to life. My time in the television industry was both exciting and challenging, providing me with a solid foundation in creativity and project management.
A significant change in direction led me to the airline industry, where I explored the intricacies of travel and hospitality. Yet, my journey of reinvention did not stop there. I embarked on another career shift, this time delving into process training and content development. This role allowed me to combine my past experiences, leveraging my creative prowess from television production and my customer-focused approach from the airline industry to develop effective training materials and enhance processes within organizations.
Â
However, the culmination of these diverse experiences eventually led me to my current role in the Virtual Assistant industry. Here, I've found the perfect intersection of my skills, where I can apply my creativity, communication abilities, and organizational know-how to assist clients in various capacities.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I'm an unapologetic sci-fi aficionado, an avid manga reader, and an enthusiastic anime lover. My passion for all things science fiction has been a constant source of inspiration and enjoyment throughout my life. As a devoted Trekkie, I've explored the vastness of the Star Trek universe, finding profound wisdom in its futuristic vision.
One of my greatest joys is traveling, especially when I get to share the experience with my partner. Whether it's exploring new destinations or revisiting beloved places, our adventures together create cherished memories that enrich our lives.
