This Agreement is entered into as of the Effective Date (defined below) by and between Ascend Collective Pty Ltd("Coach") and the undersigned client ("Client") for participation in the Ascend Business Coaching Program.

 

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Ascend Collective provides two tiers of support for service-based business owners:

1.1 COACHING-ONLY PACKAGE – $500/WEEK

Inclusions:

  • 1:1 Business Coaching Calls (bi-weekly or weekly based on need)
  • Business Audit & Strategic Roadmap
  • KPI & Milestone Tracking
  • Offer Development & Pricing Strategy
  • Operational Systemisation Support
  • Lead Generation & Sales System Design
  • Access to Resource Library (SOPs, Templates, Dashboards)
  • Group Coaching Calls (monthly)
  • Private Client Support Group

 

1.2 COACHING + MARKETING PACKAGE – $750/WEEK

Includes everything in the Coaching-Only Package, plus:

Paid Marketing & Brand Growth Services

  • Custom Meta & Google Ads Campaigns (Strategy, Setup, Optimisation)
  • Full Funnel Ad Copywriting & Creative Development
  • Campaign Performance Tracking & Reporting

Organic Content Support

  • Brand Strategy Development
  • Content Calendar + 5 Edited Reels/Week
  • Story/Post Frameworks

Email Marketing & Funnel Build

  • Automated Email Campaigns & Broadcasts
  • Funnel Strategy Support (Lead Magnets, Sales Pages)

SEO & Copywriting

  • Blog Support & Basic SEO Content
  • Survey/Feedback Integration

Tech Setup Support

  • CRM Integration
  • Lead Follow-Up Automation Assistance
  • Sales Process Setup Guidance

 

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to brand assets, ad accounts, and CRMs (for marketing package).
  • Attend scheduled coaching calls and complete assigned tasks.
  • Communicate proactively about progress and obstacles.

 

3. FEES & PAYMENT

  • Coaching-Only Package: $500/week
  • Coaching + Marketing Package: $750/week

Billing Terms:

  • Payments due weekly in advance (or monthly upfront).
  • Minimum term: 12 weeks
  • Upfront discount available upon request.

 

4. CONTRACT TERM & TERMINATION

  • Minimum contract duration is 12 weeks.
  • After the initial term, the agreement rolls month-to-month with 14 days' written notice required for cancellation.
  • Early termination during the initial term will require full payment for the remaining weeks.

 

5. DISCLAIMERS

  • The Coach/Agency does not guarantee specific business or financial results.
  • Ad spend is not included and must be covered separately by the Client.
  • No part of this program constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

 

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality over proprietary business data, strategies, templates, and discussions.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All materials provided by Ascend Collective remain the property of the Coach/Agency.
  • The Client is granted a non-transferable license to use the materials for internal business purposes only.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ascend Collective shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed opportunities, arising from participation in the program.

 

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert State], Australia.

 

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document reflects the entire agreement and supersedes all prior negotiations, conversations, or agreements.
